We put a lot of care and love into the design and production of every pair of merchandise. We employ the standard EUR sizes to help you choose the ideal size. However, if you want to exchange your pairs for a different size, you can send the item back to SHILPSUTRA 5J/B Dada Jungi Lane 2 Shahpurjat, New Delhi - 110049, India within 7 Days from the date it was shipped to you in its original box packaging along with the invoice. Please indicate the replacement piece and the dimensions on the invoice too. You may also mail us at for the same. We don't accept refunds or cancellation requests. 

The pairs can be exchanged for a new size in the same style only. If your size of choice is not available with us, you can swap it out for a different style that is similar in value.

Pairs purchased at SALE price are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

We don't accept returns or exchanges for International orders.

Please note that during festivals or pandemics, or in adverse weather conditions, your parcel may be delayed further. We guarantee that we'll do our best to ensure that your package is delivered to you on time.

Terms and conditions for exchange

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product.

SHILPSUTRA reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.

As a company policy, we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the item is sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).

In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to SHILPSUTRA. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

  • Exchanges are not provided on international orders.
  • Exchanges will not be processed for pairs/outfits not directly purchased from our website.
  • Exchanges are not eligible for the worn, used, washed, altered, damaged and tag removed items.
