Shilpsutra offers hassle-free returns and exchanges within 10 days from the date of delivery. Here’s how you can easily process your exchange or return.
Conveniently place your return request online if you’ve received an order in a ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’ state. You may do this by just writing us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Important: Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, accessories. Customer will bear the cost to origin, if returning from remote areas.
-All the purchases will be non-refundable.
-Exchanges are accepted, if the customer wishes to exchange a particular product then the product should be sent back to us (address given below) and only after receiving it, we will reship the required product.
-Please maintain the price tag and the shipment copy/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for exchange.
-Please mention your name address number and email id on the parcel and also mention the article you need in exchange.
-All product that need to be exchanged, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pick ups.
– Replacement is subject to availability of stock.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.
– Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
– Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
– The product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product. – Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
– Made-to-order / custom orders
A return can also be created at the item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity.
Once the item is received and quality meets our refund guidelines; thereafter, we will refund 100% amount to your account within 5- 7 working days.
In case you wish to retain the product; please call us to cancel your return request and we will do the needful. In case the replacement is already dispatched, you can reject the replacement item when it is delivered to you.
* NOTE: cancellation can be done within 24 hours of the order placed.
For International Orders, we would not be able to refund shipping charges, import duties, customs fees or local taxes paid.
